A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 8-night sailing from Port Canaveral on May 29, 2026 visits CocoCay, San Juan, St. Thomas and St. Croix. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Port Canaveral, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Bahamas, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Don't rush through St. Croix, which is known as Danish-Caribbean heritage under tropical palms. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 10 restaurants on Adventure Of The Seas, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 8 nights. Port Canaveral itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And May is a good time to go. Mild weather, things starting to bloom, and fewer people than summer. All told, 4 ports across 8 nights covers a lot.
