Cobblestone to Liberty – Valletta, Alicante & Motril
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 13 nights from Ravenna on November 1, 2026, visiting Valletta, Alicante, Motril and Philadelphia. You wind up in Philadelphia, so it's worth planning a night or two there. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Ravenna, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. The Western Mediterranean route takes in Malta, Spain and United States, 3 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. Philadelphia stands out. It's Liberty, cheesesteaks, and colonial grandeur. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Norwegian Pearl keeps you well fed. 14 places to eat, with 6 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. If you've done the short cruises and want more, this is the upgrade. Longer, deeper, and more relaxed. If you can, add a night in Ravenna before boarding. It's a good city to wander. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.
