Cobalt Horizon – St. Croix, Tortola & San Juan
About this cruise
If you want the classic cruise without a massive time commitment, this is a strong option. 10 nights from Miami on January 11, 2027, visiting Philipsburg, Tortola, St. Croix, San Juan, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Bimini. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Crossing 6 borders through the Caribbean: Sint Maarten, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Bahamas. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Brilliant Lady (2025) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. By night three you start recognising faces; by night ten you're swapping numbers. That's the magic of a longer sailing. The sweet spot for most travellers: you get to know the ship, see the ports, and come home before the laundry piles up. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Miami has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
