Alaskan Glacier Safari – Hubbard & Juneau
About this cruise
This one leaves Seward on September 10, 2027 and spends 7 nights visiting Hubbard Glacier, Juneau, Skagway, Icy Strait Point and Vancouver at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. You wind up in Vancouver, so it's worth planning a night or two there. The ports come early and the voyage wraps with sea days. A good way to decompress before heading home. Glaciers calving into the water, bald eagles overhead, and air that smells like pine. It's a different kind of cruise. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 15 restaurants on Anthem of the Seas, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
