These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cruisello at cruisello.com. Cruisello is a business registered in the Netherlands.

By using Cruisello, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Cruisello Is

Cruisello is a cruise discovery and comparison site. You can search sailings, compare prices and ships, save alerts, and follow links to book with cruise lines.

Cruisello is for information only. Prices, availability, itineraries, and other details can change. Always confirm the live offer on the cruise line's website before you book. No rights can be derived from information shown on Cruisello alone.

2. Accounts

You may use parts of Cruisello without an account. Some features (such as price alerts and saved sailings) require signing in.

You can sign in with an email code, or with Google, Facebook, or Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or linked provider secure.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You can delete your account anytime. See Data deletion and our Privacy Policy.

3. No Direct Bookings

Cruisello does not sell cruises and is not a travel agent. When you click "Book Now" or a similar link, you leave Cruisello and deal directly with the cruise line or its partners.

Cruisello is not a party to any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute between you and a third party. Their terms and privacy policy apply once you leave our site.

4. Third-Party Data and Links

Cruise data comes from third-party sources and partners. We aim for accuracy and freshness, but we do not guarantee that information is complete, correct, or up to date.

Cruisello is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of external websites we link to.

If you are a third party and want content about you removed, contact us and we will review the request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or try to disrupt it
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial parts of the site or data without permission
• Use automated means in a way that overloads or harms the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false account details
• Use the Service for anything unlawful

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are broken.

6. Intellectual Property

Texts, images, logos, design, layout, software, and databases on Cruisello belong to Cruisello or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse them without written permission, except for normal personal use of the website.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some booking links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book through them. This does not change the price you pay.

8. Liability

We provide Cruisello "as is." To the extent allowed by Dutch law, we are not liable for damages arising from:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Third-party sites, bookings, or services
• Decisions you make based on information on Cruisello

This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for decisions you make from it.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. It forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version is effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Cruisello after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
