Ocean Discovery – Castaway Cay, Lighthouse Point & Nassau
About this cruise
You leave Fort Lauderdale on November 30, 2026 and come back 5 nights later with a tan and a few good stories. The route visits Disney Castaway Cay, Disney Lookout Cay and Nassau. Every morning brings a new view out of the window. You barely have time to get comfortable on board before the next port appears. The Bahamas are close enough for a quick trip and warm enough that it always feels worth it. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Disney Destiny joined the Disney Cruise Line's lineup in 2025. Still has that new-ship feel. If you're new to cruising, this length is ideal. Long enough to relax, short enough to not over-commit. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Fort Lauderdale has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. A November sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Good route, good ship, good timing. It all lines up.
