You wind up in Venice, so it's worth planning a night or two there. There's a new port every day, so you'll do your relaxing on board in the evenings rather than during dedicated sea days. It's a proper Eastern Mediterranean tour: 4 countries, from Greece to Italy. You get around 8 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. A May departure catches that sweet window of warm-enough weather before the summer rush. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
