By January 16, 2028 you'll be ready for this. 7 nights out of Port Canaveral, visiting Costa Maya, Roatan Island and Cozumel, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. It starts gently with sea days, so by the time you reach the first port you'll have explored the ship and actually feel on holiday. Rum punch at the beach bar, snorkelling off the dock, sunsets that are genuinely worth staring at. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Star Of The Seas joined the Royal Caribbean's lineup in 2025. Still has that new-ship feel. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
