Mediterranean Escape – Genoa & Barcelona
About this cruise
Some of the best trips are the ones you barely had to plan. 4 nights from Genoa on November 14, 2026, visiting Civitavecchia (Rome), Ajaccio, Marseille and Barcelona, and you're home before the laundry piles up. You get off in Barcelona, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. 4 consecutive port days with no time at sea. It's an explore-everything kind of trip. Crossing 3 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Italy, France and Spain. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Don't rush through Marseille, which is known as France's oldest city, salty and soulful. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Seaview takes the food seriously, with 6 restaurants to choose from. 2 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All told, 4 ports across 4 nights covers a lot.
