Contact Cruisello
Cruisello is a small independent team. There is no call centre and no sales line, because we do not sell cruises. What follows is every way to reach us and what each address is for.
General questions and corrections

This is the right address for most things:
- A price, itinerary, or ship detail that looks wrong. These are the messages we most want to get. We pull data from many cruise lines and some of it goes stale or arrives malformed, so a specific report is genuinely useful. Include the link to the sailing.
- A cruise line you would like us to cover.
- Questions about how the site works, where a number came from, or how we make money.
- Press and partnership enquiries.
We read everything. We aim to reply within a few working days, though a correction usually gets fixed faster than it gets answered.
Privacy, data access, and deletion

Use this address for anything covered by the GDPR: a copy of your data, a correction, erasure, or withdrawing consent. We aim to complete these within 14 days.
If you can still sign in, the fastest route is Account settings, where you can download your data or delete your account yourself. Full instructions are on the data deletion page, and the privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
What we cannot help with
We are not the merchant for your cruise. Once you click through to a cruise line or booking partner, your booking is with them, and we have no access to it. We cannot see, change, or cancel it, and we cannot process a refund.
For anything about an existing booking, contact the cruise line or the agency named on your confirmation. Their number will be on it.
