This 10-night sailing from Miami on April 10, 2028 visits Falmouth Jamaica, Willemstad, Oranjestad, Cabo Rojo-Pedernales and Philadelphia. You get off in Philadelphia, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Miami, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. Crossing 4 borders through the Caribbean: Jamaica, Netherlands, Dominican Republic and United States. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Don't rush through Cabo Rojo-Pedernales, which is known as Dominican Republic's unspoiled southwestern coast. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Norwegian Gem takes the food seriously, with 14 restaurants to choose from. 7 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. Long enough that you stop checking your phone. Short enough that you're not bored.
