Ocean Discovery – Tortola, Basseterre & Castries
About this cruise
By November 20, 2027 you'll be ready for this. 7 nights out of San Juan, visiting Tortola, Basseterre, Castries, Bridgetown, Philipsburg and St. Thomas, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. There's a new port every day, so you'll do your relaxing on board in the evenings rather than during dedicated sea days. Crossing 6 borders through the Caribbean: British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Barbados, Sint Maarten and U.S. Virgin Islands. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Norwegian Prima takes the food seriously, with 15 restaurants to choose from. 6 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. San Juan has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. A November sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
