Pacific Pulldown – Vancouver to LA
About this cruise
Long enough to properly switch off but not so long you need to reorganise your entire life. This 8-night sailing from Vancouver on September 10, 2027 visits Astoria, San Francisco, Santa Barbara CA, San Diego, Santa Catalina Island and Los Angeles. You get off in Los Angeles, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 6 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Craft coffee in one port, old-growth forest in the next. The West Coast has its own rhythm. Don't rush through San Francisco, which is known as Golden Gate views and sourdough soul. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Brilliant Lady launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All told, 6 ports across 8 nights covers a lot.

Getting there: out to Vancouver, home from Los Angeles
This cruise does not return to Vancouver. It ends in Los Angeles, so your flight home leaves from there.
