3 nights is all it takes to completely reset. This cruise from Miami on June 30, 2028 visits Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay and you'll feel it from day one. There's a new port every day, so you'll do your relaxing on board in the evenings rather than during dedicated sea days. The Bahamas are close enough for a quick trip and warm enough that it always feels worth it.
