When you're not ashore, There are 11 restaurants on Navigator Of The Seas, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 3 nights. A July departure puts you in the best summer conditions: long days, warm nights, plenty of sun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
