Waves of the West – San Francisco to L.A.
About this cruise
By September 11, 2026 you'll be ready for this. 8 nights out of Vancouver, visiting San Francisco, Santa Barbara CA, Santa Catalina Island, San Diego and Los Angeles, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. You wind up in Los Angeles, so it's worth planning a night or two there. It starts gently with sea days, so by the time you reach the first port you'll have explored the ship and actually feel on holiday. San Francisco's Golden Gate to the Pacific Northwest. The scenery keeps changing. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Brilliant Lady joined the Virgin Voyages's lineup in 2025. Still has that new-ship feel. A September sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.

Getting there: out to Vancouver, home from Los Angeles
This cruise does not return to Vancouver. It ends in Los Angeles, so your flight home leaves from there.
