This one leaves Fort Lauderdale on December 19, 2026 and spends 7 nights visiting Cozumel, Belize City and Roatan Island at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The ports come early and the voyage wraps with sea days. A good way to decompress before heading home. 3 countries (Mexico, Belize and Honduras) across the Caribbean, each with its own character. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Star Princess joined the Princess Cruises's lineup in 2025.
