Ocean Discovery – Copenhagen, Aarhus & Kiel
About this cruise
42 nights starts to feel like a proper adventure. You leave Copenhagen on June 23, 2028 and the route takes you through Aarhus, Kiel and Bornholm, with additional stops along the British Isles & Western France at a pace where there's never any need to rush. Last stop: Southampton. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Crossing 13 borders through the British Isles & Western France: Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, United Kingdom, Ireland and Jamaica. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Of the stops, Riga tends to be the one people talk about: Art Nouveau grandeur on the Daugava. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. Caribbean Princess takes the food seriously, with 13 restaurants to choose from. 7 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The longer time on board means you'll catch several shows, themed nights, and start feeling like a regular at your favourite bar. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.

Getting there: out to Copenhagen, home from Southampton
