Ocean Discovery – Copenhagen, Kristiansand & Skagen
About this cruise
A trip this long changes your rhythm entirely, and that's very much the point. 20 nights from Copenhagen on July 10, 2027, visiting Kristiansand, Skagen and Stavanger, with additional stops along the Iceland. You wind up in Southampton, so it's worth planning a night or two there. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. 5 countries (Norway, Denmark, Iceland, United Kingdom and United States) across the Iceland, each with its own character. You get around 10 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, You won't go hungry on Regal Princess. 6 restaurants come with the fare, plus 6 more when you feel like treating yourself. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. A July departure puts you in the best summer conditions: long days, warm nights, plenty of sun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
