Ocean Discovery – Hamburg, Copenhagen & Skagen
About this cruise
You won't run out of things to do on a trip this long, but you also won't feel like you have to do any of them. 12 nights from Southampton on October 4, 2028, visiting Hamburg, Copenhagen and Skagen, with additional stops along the Baltic. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. The route threads through 6 countries along the Baltic coast: Germany, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium and France. Most ports give you about 13 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Majestic Princess has 9 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. 12 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
