Vast Horizon Crossing – Tahiti, Hawaii & Tokyo
About this cruise
You won't run out of things to do on a trip this long, but you also won't feel like you have to do any of them. 49 nights from Sydney on June 17, 2027, visiting Auckland, Bay of Islands and Suva, with additional stops along the Australia & New Zealand. Last stop: Tokyo. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. The route threads through 7 countries along the Australia & New Zealand coast: New Zealand, Fiji, Samoa, French Polynesia, United States, Canada and Japan. Most ports give you about 11 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Grand Princess has 10 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. By night three you start recognising faces; by night ten you're swapping numbers. That's the magic of a longer sailing. It's peak season, so the weather is at its best and the ship will be full. That's part of the fun. Good route, good ship, good timing. It all lines up.
