Ocean Discovery – Los Angeles, Mazatlan & Cabo San Lucas
About this cruise
A trip this long changes your rhythm entirely, and that's very much the point. 11 nights from Los Angeles on April 19, 2027, visiting Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas and Vancouver. You finish in Vancouver. It starts gently with sea days, so by the time you reach the first port you'll have explored the ship and actually feel on holiday. Cabo's beaches at one end, jungle-backed Central American ports at the other. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Star Princess launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. An April departure catches that sweet window of warm-enough weather before the summer rush. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.

Getting there: out to Los Angeles, home from Vancouver
This cruise does not return to Los Angeles. It ends in Vancouver, so your flight home leaves from there.
