Ocean Discovery – Trieste, Split & Kotor
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 21-night sailing leaves Trieste on October 5, 2027 and visits Split, Kotor and Corfu, with additional stops along the Eastern Mediterranean. You wind up in Ravenna, so it's worth planning a night or two there. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 16 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. 6 countries (Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, Türkiye, Malta and Italy) across the Eastern Mediterranean, each with its own character. Messina stands out. It's Sicily's gateway to Mount Etna and Taormina. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. You won't go hungry on Enchanted Princess. 5 restaurants come with the fare, plus 8 more when you feel like treating yourself. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.

Getting there: out to Trieste, home from Ravenna
