Ocean Discovery – Reykjavik, Isafjord & Akureyri
About this cruise
14 nights starts to feel like a proper adventure. You leave Southampton on June 3, 2028 and the route takes you through Reykjavik, Isafjordur and Akureyri, with additional stops along the Iceland at a pace where there's never any need to rush. You ease into this one, with a few sea days up front to find your rhythm before the 8 port calls start. Geysers, glaciers, puffin colonies. Iceland is volcanic and doesn't try to hide it. Don't rush through Akureyri, which is known as The capital of North Iceland's endless summer. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Celebrity Beyond has 16 dining spots on board, most of them included. There are enough performances, events, and social mixers on a cruise this length that you couldn't do them all if you tried. And that's a good problem. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. All told, 8 ports across 14 nights covers a lot.
