Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 28, 2026
We want everyone to be able to search and compare cruises on cruisello.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, or voice control.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Conformance status
Cruisello fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA, based on our own assessment in October 2026. We know of no failures. If you find one, please email contact@cruisello.com.
Content we do not control
- Booking happens elsewhere. When you follow a link to book, you leave Cruisello for the cruise line or travel agent. Their site has its own accessibility, and we cannot fix it.
- Cruise line data. Itineraries, ship descriptions and photos come from cruise lines. Some photos arrive without a description, so we label them generically (for example "Ship photo 3").
How we test
We assess the site ourselves. We run automated checks with axe-core across the main page types, in light and dark mode, on desktop and mobile widths. We check keyboard navigation, focus visibility and reflow by hand. Automated tools catch only part of the problems, and we have not yet had an external audit or testing with screen reader users.
Report a barrier
If something on Cruisello is hard or impossible for you to use, email contact@cruisello.com. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. If you need information from a page in another format, ask and we will send it.
We aim to reply within five working days.
