Carnival Freedom closed out the Conquest class in 2007 and settled into Galveston as her long-term homeport. The Texas market has embraced her warmly, especially for Western Caribbean routes to Cozumel, Progreso, and Costa Maya. At 110,000 GT she matches her Conquest-class sisters in size and amenities. Her refurbishment added Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Guy's Burger Joint, and a refreshed spa. For Carnival passengers in the southern US, Freedom is the ship they know by name.
