About Carnival Luminosa

Carnival Luminosa came over from Costa Cruises in 2022 and was the first of several fleet transfers between the sister brands. At around 92,000 GT she's mid-sized by current standards but carries an elegant Italian design that gives her a premium feel beyond her pricing. The conversion added Carnival's core dining brands while keeping the warm wood-and-marble interiors that Costa ships are known for. Luminosa sails from Brisbane in Australia, serving the South Pacific market with a different flavor than most Carnival vessels.
