About MSC Poesia

MSC Poesia went into service in 2008 and the name (it means 'poetry' in Italian) matches the ambition of the interiors. Marble floors, Swarovski crystal chandeliers, and art collections pulled from across Europe. The aft promenade doubles as an outdoor live-music venue on warm nights, and the Poesia Spa offers thalassotherapy pools that you'd normally only find at a resort on land. Itineraries tend toward South America and Africa, which gives the ship a genuine sense of adventure that's hard to replicate on a standard Caribbean loop.
