Explorer of the Seas launched in 2000 and has circled the globe over a 25-year career. Her 2015 amplification added the Portside BBQ poolside restaurant, a revamped Windjammer, new entertainment venues, and the fleet's first dedicated gluten-free dining option. Explorer splits her time between Europe and the Caribbean and draws one of the most international passenger bases of any Royal Caribbean ship: guests from over 80 nationalities board every week, attracted by itineraries that reach deep into the Mediterranean and the Baltic.
