This one leaves Galveston on September 4, 2027 and spends 8 nights visiting Nassau, Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. The Bahamas are close enough for a quick trip and warm enough that it always feels worth it. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Carnival Jubilee joined the Carnival Cruise Line's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel.
