If you want the classic cruise without a massive time commitment, this is a strong option. 7 nights from Galveston on August 2, 2026, visiting Costa Maya, Roatan Island and Cozumel. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 8 restaurants on MSC Seascape, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. It's peak season, so the weather is at its best and the ship will be full. That's part of the fun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
