A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Miami on July 12, 2026 visits Cozumel, Roatan Island and Celebration Key. In between port days, the 3 sea days are where cruise life actually happens: reading, eating, napping, repeat. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Mexico, Honduras and Bahamas. Keep an eye out for Celebration Key: Carnival's newest private island escape. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 18 restaurants on Carnival Celebration, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Miami itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And July means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. That's 7 nights well spent.
