Caribbean Getaway – Puerto Plata, St. Thomas & Tortola
About this cruise
A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Miami on March 14, 2027 visits Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), St. Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 4 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Crossing 4 borders through the Caribbean: Dominican Republic, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bahamas. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Don't rush through Great Stirrup Cay, which is known as A private Bahamian escape. Roughly 8 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. Norwegian Aqua joined the Norwegian Cruise Line's lineup in 2025. Still has that new-ship feel. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And March is a good time to go. Mild weather, things starting to bloom, and fewer people than summer. All told, 4 ports across 7 nights covers a lot.
