Caribbean Grand Tour – Grand Turk & Cozumel
About this cruise
You won't run out of things to do on a trip this long, but you also won't feel like you have to do any of them. 14 nights from Fort Lauderdale on March 20, 2027, visiting Grand Turk Island, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Celebration Key, with additional stops along the Caribbean. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. Crossing 6 borders through the Caribbean: Turks & Caicos Islands, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Honduras, Belize and Mexico. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Star Princess launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. 14 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Fort Lauderdale has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. A spring departure helps too: decent weather and a calmer feel at each port. You start in Fort Lauderdale and come back with stories from Turks & Caicos Islands, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Honduras, Belize and Mexico.
