Caribbean Grand Tour – St. Lucia & Barbados
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 11 nights from Fort Lauderdale on February 8, 2027, visiting Basseterre, Castries, Bridgetown, St. George's, Roseau and Philipsburg. The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. The Caribbean route takes in St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Dominica and Netherlands, 6 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. Of the stops, Bridgetown tends to be the one people talk about: Rum, reggae, and a coral-fringed coast. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Celebrity Eclipse keeps you well fed. 10 places to eat, with 5 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. If you've done the short cruises and want more, this is the upgrade. Longer, deeper, and more relaxed. If you can, add a night in Fort Lauderdale before boarding. It's a good city to wander. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.
