About this cruise

A 16-night sailing gives you something shorter trips can't: the feeling that you're not just visiting places but actually living somewhere else for a while. This one leaves Los Angeles on April 27, 2027 and visits Juneau, Skagway and Glacier Bay, with additional stops along the Alaska. You ease into this one, with a few sea days up front to find your rhythm before the 7 port calls start. The wildlife alone makes it worth it: whales, bears, eagles, sea otters. Bring binoculars. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Skagway, Gold Rush spirit in a fjord-locked town. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. Emerald Princess keeps you well fed. 13 places to eat, with 7 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. There are enough performances, events, and social mixers on a cruise this length that you couldn't do them all if you tried. And that's a good problem. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Los Angeles before boarding. It's a good city to wander. Timing-wise, spring usually means comfortable temperatures and lower prices than peak season. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.

princess.com sets its prices from the country you connect from, so it only quotes the USD fare above to visitors connecting from the United States. From anywhere else you will be shown your own currency instead. Agencies sell across markets, so this fare is often still bookable through one. See who sells it
