Glacial Caldera – Juneau, Sitka & Ketchikan
About this cruise
A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Vancouver on August 15, 2027 visits Tracy Arm Fjord, Juneau, Icy Strait Point, Sitka and Ketchikan. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Glaciers, whales, snow-capped mountains. Alaska is about as far from a beach holiday as you can get. Don't rush through Ketchikan, which is known as Totem poles, rain, and wild salmon. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Serenade Of The Seas has 8 dining spots on board, most of them included. And August means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. All told, 5 ports across 7 nights covers a lot.
