The kind of trip that's easy to say yes to and hard to regret. 7 nights from Seattle on August 23, 2026, visiting Ketchikan, Tracy Arm Fjord, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Even the open-water days are scenic here, with mountains on either side and blue ice in the distance. Tracy Arm Fjord stands out. It's A glacier-carved corridor of ice and mist. Roughly 8 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. Star Princess (2025) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And August means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. All in all, it's a solid trip.
