Glacial Frontier – Ketchikan, Juneau & Skagway
About this cruise
You board in Seattle on August 1, 2027 for 7 nights visiting Ketchikan, Tracy Arm Fjord, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria, and you come back from this kind of trip wondering why you don't do it more often. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Glaciers, whales, snow-capped mountains. Alaska is about as far from a beach holiday as you can get. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Juneau, A capital only reachable by sea or sky. Around 7 hours per port on average, so pick your priorities beforehand. Star Princess launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
