A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Vancouver on May 24, 2026 visits Sitka, Tracy Arm Fjord, Juneau, Icy Strait Point and Ketchikan. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Even the open-water days are scenic here, with mountains on either side and blue ice in the distance. Tracy Arm Fjord stands out. It's A glacier-carved corridor of ice and mist. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Serenade Of The Seas takes the food seriously, with 8 restaurants to choose from. 2 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Long enough that you stop checking your phone. Short enough that you're not bored. And May is a good time to go. Mild weather, things starting to bloom, and fewer people than summer. All in all, it's a solid trip.
