Indigo Horizon – San Juan & Castries from Canaveral
About this cruise
You sail from Port Canaveral on March 19, 2028 and spend 10 nights visiting San Juan, Basseterre, Castries, St. John's and St. Thomas. It's a well-tested route and there's a reason people keep booking it. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. The Caribbean route takes in Puerto Rico, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda and U.S. Virgin Islands, 5 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Star Princess launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. 10 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. A spring departure helps too: decent weather and a calmer feel at each port. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
