This one leaves Miami on November 22, 2026 and spends 7 nights visiting St. Thomas, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Celebration Key at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: U.S. Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic and Bahamas. Most ports give you about 8 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 18 restaurants on Carnival Celebration, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
