Jade Passage – Caribbean’s Veins
About this cruise
12 nights starts to feel like a proper adventure. You leave Fort Lauderdale on December 27, 2026 and the route takes you through Half Moon Cay, Oranjestad and Cartagena, with additional stops along the Caribbean at a pace where there's never any need to rush. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Crossing 6 borders through the Caribbean: Bahamas, Netherlands, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Cayman Islands. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Of the stops, Cartagena tends to be the one people talk about: Colonial splendour behind fortress walls. Roughly 7 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. Nieuw Amsterdam takes the food seriously, with 9 restaurants to choose from. 5 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The longer time on board means you'll catch several shows, themed nights, and start feeling like a regular at your favourite bar. This one's for people who really want to switch off. No half measures. Block out the calendar. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.
