By August 19, 2026 you'll be ready for this. 7 nights out of Cagliari, visiting Palermo, Valletta, Barcelona, Marseille and Livorno (Florence/Pisa), and nothing on the agenda except showing up. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. 4 countries (Italy, Malta, Spain and France) across the Western Mediterranean, each with its own character. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own.
