Midnight Fjord Run – Tromsø, Honningsvåg & Bergen
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 12 nights from Bremerhaven on July 2, 2026, visiting Ålesund, Trondheim and Tromsø, with additional stops along the Northern Europe & Scandinavia. The sea days at each end give the whole trip a natural arc: build-up, exploration, cool-down. Midnight sun, Viking history, and landscapes that look photoshopped but aren't. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Bergen, A Hanseatic wharf of painted wooden houses. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Mein Schiff 1 has 11 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Bremerhaven itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And July means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
