Neon & Shinto Trails – Taipei, Nagasaki & Kobe
About this cruise
The kind of trip where you lose track of what day it is, and nobody cares. 11 nights from Hong Kong on February 22, 2027, visiting Kaohsiung, Keelung and Ishigaki, with additional stops along the Japan, Korea, China & Taiwan. You finish in Tokyo. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. Karaoke bars, hot springs, and temples draped in moss. East Asia does culture and chaos in equal measure. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 13 restaurants on Norwegian Jade, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 11 nights. 11 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. The timing adds to it: swapping cold weather for sunshine and sea air is the whole pitch for a winter cruise. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
