Nephrite Coast – Ishigaki & Keelung
About this cruise
This is the kind of trip that just works. 4 nights from Tokyo, visiting Ishigaki and Keelung, sailing November 21, 2026, and nothing about it feels forced. You get off in Keelung, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Karaoke bars, hot springs, and temples draped in moss. East Asia does culture and chaos in equal measure. As for the ship itself, MSC Bellissima takes the food seriously, with 9 restaurants to choose from. 3 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Tokyo has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. 4 nights of not thinking about anything except where to eat next. That's the pitch.
