By January 3, 2027 you'll be ready for this. 6 nights out of Galveston, visiting Cozumel and Roatan Island, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. The final stretch is open ocean, which gives you time to process everything you've seen and use the ship one last time. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Carnival Jubilee joined the Carnival Cruise Line's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel. Good route, good ship, good timing. It all lines up.
