Every port day is followed by a sea day, so you get time to sleep in, use the ship, and look forward to the next stop. It's a proper Caribbean tour: 3 countries, from Antigua & Barbuda to Barbados. St. John's stands out. It's Antigua's harbour of three hundred sixty-five beaches. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush.
