A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Tampa on January 2, 2028 visits Grand Cayman Island, Ocho Rios and Cozumel. Every port day is followed by a sea day, so you get time to sleep in, use the ship, and look forward to the next stop. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Mexico. Ocho Rios alone is worth the trip, Waterfalls tumbling into the Caribbean. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 9 restaurants on Carnival Spirit, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Tampa itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. Worth booking. That's the short version.
